Dear Senior Parents:

Stay informed by reading the attached meeting minutes:

Next parent meeting is scheduled for May 20th,Monday 7 pm and

Last meeting : May 29th Wed. 7pm. to wrap things up.

WE ONLY LESS than 1 MONTH BEFORE THE PARTY!!!

WE STILL NEED PARENTS TO WORK "THE NIGHT OF THE PARTY- 2 to 5am"

Please come and join in to make a difference and keep our kids safe on graduation night!

We are still looking for more parents to work on committees for the Senior All Night Party.

WE ARE ALL BUSY WITH WORK, FAMILY, SPORTS EVENTS, ETC.. We Need All the Parents to help and do their part to make this happen not a small few of us that have been involved in everything from the beginning of the year. This project is ALOT OF WORK!!!! Please make a difference!

You can download the form from this website and bring it to the next meeting or send one of the boardmembers an email to notify us WHEN YOU CAN WORK FROM 11PM-2AM OR 2-5AM. ON JUNE 6TH.....

If you were unable to turn in your contracts and checks at registration we will accept them at this time. You can drop them off in the office and we will pick them up. Please makesure that both the parent and child has signed the contract before submitting. (We have received 272 contracts so far, approximately 160 to go.
