The Senior All Night Party Committee is sponsoring a Prom Fashion Show/fundraiser.
The show will be held at the Clothing Cove in Milford on Friday, March 18th. Tickets are $5. Viewing will be held from 6-8 pm. The show starts at 8:15 pm. There will be door prizes
and raffle after the show. Please email Susan Epp for ticket information. Tickets will be sold at HHS during lunches from March 14-18.
Parents: If you are unable to attend the meeting on April 12th, please let us know how you can help! See attached volunteer information form for more details. Or you can also email Hartland SANP and let us know how you can help.

The Senior All Night Party will be held at Hartland High School on Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.

ATTENTION ALL SENIOR PARENTS:
Senior Parents!
We need your help. There are several ways you can become involved with the party or help us raise funds. Here are a list of current opportunities. Please read more about each opportunity below.
Yard Signs:
We are selling yard signs for your senior (for open houses, etc.). The cost is $20 and orders are due by March 31. Signs will be ready for pick up in early May. A sample yard sign and order form can be downloaded from the attachments below.
Current fund raising Opportunities:
Purchase a Meier Flowerland (in Brighton) Flower of the Month card for $30. You can go to Meier Flowerland every month for a year to pick up a bouquet. Contact cwachsmuth@hanover.com if you would like to purchase a Flower of the Month card.
Have you turned in your senior's contract for the party?
Contracts are due April 1 with payment. A contract can be downloaded (see next below).
A contract must be submitted in order to attend the party. You can turn it in to the high school office (or mail it to the address on the contract) along with the registration fee of $50. (Note: The price goes to $60 after January 1.) You will find the contract on the SANP Contract page of this website and below. Not sure if you already turned in a contract? Contact Contracts Chairperson, Lori Egeland.
Decorating in full swing!
The
meeting times are weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm and Saturdays at 9am. Come
and help when you can, leave when you need to.
Meetings are held at River Bend located at 7743 W. Grand River in
Brighton. This is located between Hacker and Bendix, next to Waldecker
Pontiac, on the North side of Grand River.
There are things you can do at home if you can't make the meeting times. Just let me know so I can give you supplies and instructions.
An updated list of items that are needed by the decorating committee can be opened from the document below. Please look at the list and see if you have any
of these items around the house that you'd like to donate!

We need pictures!
We are now collecting SENIOR’S PICTURES to be used in the senior video made for the party. Any pictures from elementary to current with your senior and their friends, involved in activities, etc... are needed.
Please turn in prints (no larger than 5x7) or electronic files on CD’s to the box in the HHS front office with your name on the back of the pictures so they can be returned to you. Or you can email electronic files to ToddCheney@hartlandschools.us. Pictures are due no later than March 31.
We need raffle prizes for our seniors. Can you donate anything or help us by soliciting donations from local businesses? Please let us know by emailing hartlandsanp@gmail.com. A prize request letter is located at the link below.
We are looking for corporate sponsors for the party.

The next SANP parent meeting will be held Tuesday, April 12th at 7 pm at Hartland High School, Room 500. All senior parents are HIGHLY encouraged to attend! We need you!!!
